With the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) this Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which Fraîche Recruitment Ltd collects and processes personal information provided to us. We appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately and under the EU GDPR we are committed to being transparent about how we collect, hold and use your data.

What information do we collect?

Fraîche Recruitment collects personal data about you to assist in the recruitment process. This would include your name, address, email address, telephone/mobile number, work and educational history, date of birth, social media details, LinkedIn profile and photograph. Information about your entitlement to work in the UK (passport details), National Insurance number and contact details of referees.

How do we collect your data?

We may collect your data via online registration (this includes registration through our website or other online jobsites), you (this may be where you have provided us with your contact details or other information for the purpose of using our recruitment services or provided us with a cv), other contacts (referral), social media, LinkedIn, interviews, telephone, facetime or Skype conversations.

How do we use your personal data?

We use personal data to communicate with you directly and to notify you of any potential opportunities/candidates. This will also be used to assess and review your suitability for job roles and introduction to clients. The contact details you provide will be used to send you information, respond to enquiries, and/or other requests or questions you may have.

Why do we store your data?

We collect and process personal data that is necessary and in compliance with all applicable legislation. By registering your details with us, you consent to us collecting and processing personal data supplied by you and disclosing this information to prospective employers and clients in connection with the recruitment process. Information that you submit will be stored for as long as we legitimately need it, as required by the law or until such time as you ask us to remove it.

Who we share personal data with?

Individuals (clients and candidates) and other third parties necessary for our recruitment services, legal and professional advisors, insures, any regulatory authority pursuant to a request for information of any legal obligation that applies to us.

How do we protect your information and how is this stored?

The security of your data is extremely important to us, access to your personal data is only provided to our team and third parties who help us to process data or, in order to help with the recruitment process, to prospective employers or customers. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information by either saving it on a secure database with restricted access or erasing it after we no longer need it.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties with whom we have mutually agreed to share your details, so long as both parties agree to keep the information in line with GDPR legislation.

How long do we hold personal data?

It is our policy to only store your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for us to comply with our legal obligation and for our legitimate business interests unless you request otherwise. It is our policy to hold personal data for 5 years and client data on our system for 7 years. After 5/7 years without contact we review the data and either erase it or reconfirm reasons for holding it. However, this does not apply if we have been in recent contact.

Fraîche Recruitment is fully compliant with ensuring all individuals are able to enforce their rights to be able to access any information held electronically or otherwise by Fraîche Recruitment. We use Google+, Analytics and to analyse and share the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website.
